Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender, blend them up real good until smooth, and enjoy! Breakfast is served and clean up is a breeze!
Tropical Trio
With this tropical blend of fruit, this smoothie screams Summer! This is a great smoothie to add some rum and an umbrella to to make it a nice tropical cocktail.
What you need
1/2 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup Banana, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup Mango, fresh or frozen
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/8 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 cup Ice cubes
Blueberry Bananza
This is a great way to use up fresh blueberries, I also make a variation of summer smoothies with fresh mulberries or blackberries. Basically, I use whatever is on hand. Chia seeds are rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and whole grains. They’re also loaded with fiber, plus lots of vitamins and minerals making this smoothie extremely healthy!
What you need
1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup Banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup Coconut Water
1/2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. Raw Honey
1 cup Ice cubes
Banoffee Blend
Coffee in the mornings is great but step up your game and make a delicious smootie with it. I like to use the bananas when they are frozen in this recipe because I like the texture of it and usually, it is so hot here.
What you need
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Starbucks Vanilla Latte Cold Brew, or your favorite cold brew
2 pcs. Banana, fresh or frozen
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1/2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Raw honey
1 cup Ice cubes
Spinach-Berry Sunshine
Berries are one of my very favorite additions to make in a smoothie. With their antioxidants and fiber, they provide the perfect balance for much-needed nutrients without all that sugar found elsewhere! This spinach berry shake is just what you need this summer after an exhausting day at work!
**We grow malabar spinach which does well all Summer long and many times we will use that in place of regular spinach**
What you need
1 pc. Banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup Mango, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 tbsp. Raw honey
1/2 cup Baby spinach
1 cup Ice cubes
Kitchen hack: You can replace Vanilla Almond Milk with regular full cream milk and add a quarter of a teaspoon of Vanilla extract.
