Ingredients

– 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
– 1 pint blueberries
– 1 pint raspberries
– 1 pint blackberries
– 1 block of white cheese (such as mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or white cheddar), cut into bite-sized cubes
– Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
– Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

. **Prepare the Ingredients:**
– Wash and dry the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
– Hull the strawberries and cut them in half if they are large.
– Cut the block of cheese into bite-sized cubes.

2. **Assemble the Skewers:**
– Thread the ingredients onto the skewers in a pattern of your choice. For example, you can start with a strawberry half, followed by a blueberry, a cube of cheese, a raspberry, another cube of cheese, and finish with a blackberry.
– Repeat the pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving a small space at the end for handling.

3. **Arrange and Serve:**
– Arrange the completed skewers on a serving platter.
– If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of color and flavor.

### Tips:
– **Variations:** You can also add other fruits like red grapes or chunks of watermelon to enhance the red, white, and blue theme.
– **Cheese Alternatives:** For a sweeter option, you can substitute the cheese with marshmallows or white chocolate chunks.
– **Serving:** These skewers are great served chilled. Keep them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Enjoy your festive and refreshing Red, White, and Blue Skewers!
