Units Scale
  • 4 multigrain wraps
  • 1 cup hummus, any flavor
  • Thin sliced cheese, any flavor
  • 1 1/3 cups spinach, thin strips
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, thin strips
  • 1 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thin strips
  • 1 cup carrots, matchstick
  • Salad dressing, your favorite
  • Plus any additional veggies you like: avocado, cucumber, etc.



  1. Spread ¼ cup of hummus on each wrap
  2. Lay cheese on top of hummus (or vegan cheese or omit)
  3. Add veggies
  4. Sprinkle a little dressing inside the wrap and/or serve it on the side
  5. Roll the wrap, cut in half, serve, and enjoy!
  6. Perfect to make ahead and they travel and store very well!
