The Best Baked Chocochip Carrot Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Unsalted sweet cream butter softened
  • 1/4 cup Canola oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 2 pcs eggs large
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 pcs Carrots large
  • 2 2/3 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Powedered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Whole milk
  • 1 tbsp Light corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

Donuts

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 6-cavity donut pan with baking spray.
  • Using a large bowl, beat the butter and oil together until combined.
  • Whisk in the sugar.
  • Whisk in the milk, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg together in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  • Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the donut pan about 3/4 full.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing and placing onto a wire rack.

Cinnamon Glaze

  • Using a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  • Dip the donuts into the glaze and place onto the wire rack to dry.
  • Sprinkle some mini chocolate chip on top.
