Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees.
Cut each biscuit into fours.
Roll into balls.
Lightly spray the balls with cooking spray.
Place in the air fryer for 4-6 minutes or until balls have browned.
Remove from air fryer and transfer to a cooling rack.
In a small mixing bowl, combine pumpkin spice & sugar.
Coat the donut holes in melted butter then quickly cover in the pumpkin/sugar mixture.
