Can you make these Carrot Donuts Keto?
Yes, you will need to change the flour to almond flour, use lily’s chocolate chips, and a sugar substitute. I like granular stevia. You’ll need to skip the glaze but these carrot donuts will still take great! The consistency does change when you make these keto because of the almond flour but they are still delicious!
Can you change out the vegetables?
What if you don’t like carrots and want to change out the vegetables? Of course you can, but it will change the texture. I think zucchini would be a good alternative since they are easily shreddable.
Can you make these Vegan?
This recipes is EASY PEASY to make vegan. Switch out the cow milk to nut or oat milk and use 1/2 cup of apple sauce instead of eggs. Also use a vegan chocolate chip.
