  • Information you give us: your first name and email address when you request a freebie or join our list, and your name, email, and billing details if you buy a paid plan.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Usage information: like most websites, we collect basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited, referring site, and campaign links such as UTM tags) using cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel.

How we use it

  • To deliver what you asked for, such as your free meal plan.
  • To send you emails with recipes, meal plans, tips, and occasional offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To process purchases and manage subscriptions.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns work so we can improve them.

We do not send marketing text messages. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website, email, and CRM platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our payment processor (Stripe), and analytics or advertising providers.
