These terms apply to easypeasyrecipeasy.com and to the free and paid meal plans, recipes, and emails from Easy Peasy Recipeasy ("we," "us"). By using the site or our products, you agree to these terms.

Personal use

Our meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and other content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to print them for your household. Please don't resell, republish, or share our files or paid content publicly without written permission.

Food safety and health

Our recipes are general cooking information, not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Appliances, ingredients, and serving sizes vary. Follow safe food-handling practices, cook foods to safe internal temperatures, and check all ingredients and packaged foods for allergens. Talk with a qualified professional about any dietary or health needs. You are responsible for how you prepare and serve food.

Paid plans and subscriptions

  • Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown (for example, monthly) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
  • If we change a subscription price, we'll tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before your next renewal.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Emails

When you request a freebie or join our list, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email.

Our content

All site content, including text, recipes as written, photos, designs, and logos, belongs to Easy Peasy Recipeasy or is used with permission.

No guarantees

We work hard to make our content accurate and helpful, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results such as time or money saved will vary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Easy Peasy Recipeasy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
