Crack Corn Salad
I am so excited to share this recipe for Crack Corn Salad with you! I've been making it for years and my family loves it. It is a great dish to bring to any potluck.
Ingredients
- 3 cans corn
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Fresh Lime (Squeezed)
- 1 Jalapeño (diced)
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Ranch
- 8 0z Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Green Onion
- 1 tsp Onion Power
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 12 Cooked Bacon (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients mentioned above.
- Mix well.
- Serve & enjoy.
